FlyArtix provides digital marketing, SEO, web design, web development, and related services. The scope, deliverables, and timeline of each project are agreed upon before work begins.

2. Use of Website

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals. Unless otherwise agreed, payments are due as specified in the project agreement. All fees are in US dollars.

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of deliverables created specifically for their project. FlyArtix retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

5. Limitation of Liability

FlyArtix provides services on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
